Manasota Key Condos is a family run business since 2014. We own all of our properties (except Palm View, which is owned by a dear friend of ours). We are local and personally manage 100% of the daily operations. When you stay with us, we are hosting you in our homes and we are dedicated to making your stay enjoyable and easy.

We have always shared a love for the beach. After a few too many long and cold winters up in New Jersey we were compelled to buy a home we could always get away to. After several visits to Manasota Key, we decided to buy the condo that became known as Bay Breeze. We love the location which allows you to view the bay, dock your boat, walk to the Gulf beach and pool, and walk to the island's best restaurants.  You really can't go wrong here!

In addition to enjoying our condo and Manasota Key, we realized how gratifying it was to share it with others. We take a lot of pride in being able to help others have great vacations. We enjoyed this aspect so much that we decided to purchase another condo. The second one is now known as Bay Watch .

Both units are part of the island favorite El Galeon complex, which is so beautifully maintained that it feels like home. We look forward to hearing from you and helping you plan your vacation.

Joe & Toby

Local Property Managers / Property Owners

Joe (John's brother) and his wife Toby live right on the island, only a half mile from the condos. Originally from New Jersey, Joe and Toby moved to Manasota Key by sailing their 31' sailboat all the way from NJ to their home here on the island!

Joe and Toby originally joined us as property owners at Manasota Key Condos with their purchases of the condos we call Bay Life and Bay Time also located at El Galeon. They also recently purchased and renovated two properties in Englewood, just a 5 minute drive from the beach. These properties are now known as Englewood Villa and Englewood Cottage .

Joe and Toby are your local experts and support. If you have any issues or looking for some local recommendations during your stay, they will be happy to help you!
