How do I reserve a property? What is the method of payment?
You can book right here on our website. Go to the "Properties" or "Book Now" pages, select a property, check availability and rates and proceed through payment process. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover, Diner’s Club or JCB credit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, you will receive a refund of all monies paid less a $200 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of the arrival date, you will lose all monies paid. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance (see below information). Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation. For more detail regarding our cancellation policy, please refer to our Renter Agreement.
Do you offer Travel Insurance?
Yes we do. Travel insurance is optional, but we highly recommend purchasing it. It is important to know that without travel insurance, refunds are not given due to such circumstances as weather related issues, red tide, pandemics, etc.. During the booking process you will be provided the option to purchase "Standard" or "Cancel For Any Reason" Travel Insurance with carrier Nationwide Insurance. Be sure to read and understand the coverages to see what may work for you.
Do you require a damage deposit?
No, we do not require a damage deposit. A non-refundable “Damage Waiver” fee is included in the total rental cost. The damage waiver will cover reimbursement for some non-intentional damages (see Renter Agreement for more detail). Please notify us immediately if any damages occur.

You will not need to check-in or check-out at an office. All of our properties have key-less locks. Access codes for the property will be provided via text message, as soon as your accommodations are ready, on the day of your arrival and prior to check-in time. You can arrive any time, day or night.
How far are the condos from the beach? Is the beach access public or private?
Our Manasota Key properties are within easy (approximately 2 minutes) walking distance to the beach and they all come with direct private beach access. See our “Walk to the Beach” videos to see how easy it is to get to the beach! Our Englewood properties are just a 5 minute drive from Englewood Public Beach.
All of our properties come with parking lots with close parking proximity to the unit. Some units have dedicated spots. In either case, there is always parking available.
Do you supply linens?
Yes. Linens for our properties are provided. All bath towels, wash cloths, bed sheets, pillow cases, and kitchen towels, are provided.
Is WIFI and Cable Television provided?
Yes, free WIFI and Cable TV are provided. The WIFI passwords will be provided via email prior to your stay.
Can I bring my boat? Where can I store my boat trailer?
Our El Galeon units have first come first serve boat docking at no additional charge. You just need to register your boat and reserve a slip in advance. Please notify us, when you are booking, if you plan to bring a boat. More details on slip availability and reservation process will be provided at the time of booking. Boat launch locations are available upon request. The El Galeon condo complexes do not allow trailer parking. For El Galeon guests, we provide trailer parking right on the island, if needed, for $50 per week. Our Englewood properties have space to store your trailer and there is a boat launch just minutes away.
Yes. Also, you can go surf fishing at the beach.
Are beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas provided?
Yes, each unit is equipped with two beach chairs, two beach towels and one umbrella.
Do you supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soaps?
We provide a starter quantity which includes a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a roll of toilet paper and liquid hand soaps for and kitchen, kitchen trash bags, dish soap. Guests will need to buy additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.
Do you have a clothes washer and dryer?
We have washer/dryers either in the unit or in a shared facility on the premises. The properties with shared laundry facilities have coin operated machines. Check descriptions of each property for details.
Commonly asked about items that you do need to bring :
Please bring shampoo, soap, suntan spray/lotion, a cooler. Some condiment items may be in the home such as salt/pepper, sugar, spices, and coffee filters, although they are not officially provided.
Commonly asked about items that you do NOT need to bring :
Hair dryer, clothes iron, ironing board.
What kitchen and cooking utensils are provided?
We have all of the standard items that you would typically find in a kitchen for preparing family meals (pots, pans, knives, etc.) including a toaster, microwave, coffee pot and blender. Plates, glasses, cups and utensils are also provided.
Yes, to name a few Sand Bar Tiki & Grille, White Elephant, Waverly, Lock and Key, are just a short drive or walk from the properties. Enjoy waterfront dining and drinks. Live music is always playing somewhere!
